about me

Full time in the work force and full time mom of 4 who luvs cooking good food. Usually, hearty meals in a short time are ideal for my situation. I wish I had time to spend on more complicated or extravagent meals. I still love to learn about them though. I like learning new methods of cooking, and what ingredients go well together.

Favorite Foods:

I like spicy & very flavorful food. Nuoc mam rules. My usual ingredients are garlic, onions, chiles, spices, and "salsa soy" (as my old man calls soy sauce!) I love authentic foods. Mexican and Vietnamese are my faves.
