My favorite cookbook is my 1st one - The Joy of Cooking; an oldie but goodie. I collect cookbooks; it started as a small thing now I own over 100. Obsessive? Yes I am but happy.

Favorite Foods:

I am a raw vegan and love my vita mix & excaliber. I began this lifestyle in 2008.

My family love all of my good old-fashion cooking: lasagna, turkey, crock pot dinners.
