about me

I love to cook. I went to culinary arts school for 2 years. I like to craft, read and listen to music in my spare time. I am addicted to cookbook, but the one I use the most is my Betty Crocker CookBook which I stole from my mother! lol Baking is my passion, although I don't think I do enough of it because I hate cleaning up afterwards. My pet-peeve is someone who is stuck up and think everything is beneath them.

Favorite Foods:

Well I am Italian, so Italian is my all time fave food. I do love international cuisine as well and I love cooking it. My tastes and skills range the spectrum, but fave internation dish is my chicken curry. I also love ROTI's but don't know where to get any good ones around here, I get good roti's in Toronto though!!! I don't have a fave restaurant, I live in the sticks! lol But I am sure when I eventaully get to an Emeril or Wolfgang Puck restaurant, than they would be my faves!
