about me

I live in Michigan. I work for a Plastics company as an Engineering Tech. I belong to The Dietwork Shop and have lost 100 pounds with them. I plan on posting some of the great recipes I get. I'm always looking for healthy low fat recipes. I have a pet kitty who loves to lay on my desk while I'm on the computer. She gets much bigger she won't fit.

Favorite Foods:

I would have to say that my favorite food would be anything with veggies. But the dish my husband likes the most is my Coca Cola Chicken. I really don't have a favorite restaurant, I would rather eat at home.
