I live in Michigan and work full time for the state. I'm also a tax professional during "the season". I collect cookbooks, so can't really say that I have a favorite. My husband is an "eat to live" not a "live to eat" type, so I don't experiment as much as I used to. My son is away at college and he was my cooking partner. Eat pretty much anything except mushrooms and raw seafood.
I like to bake and make pasta creations. My famous dishes are creamed leeks, glazed pearl onions, and pecan pie to name a few. I like to eat anything Asian, Chinese, Thai, seven days a week would be fine with me!
