I live outside Joshua, TX. I'm retired and do just about what I please. I love cooking and recipe books. (I collect them, but don't cook out of them much anymore.)

Chocolate, of course....doesn't everybody love it! When I worked I made desserts for luncheons. I love Mexican and Italian food restaurants. Home cooking cafes are good too.
