I live in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas and work in advertising.

I think all cookbooks are my favorite... I collect any and all that catches my eye. I love cookbooks that blend home cooking with store purchased items.. fast but good!

I have no patience for those who say I have no time to cook... like you can cook something good, good for you in less time to go get take out and get it home!

Favorite Foods:

Grilled foods, including veggies... living here in South Texas, we grill year round, that is my favorite thing.

I love a local resturant here in the Valley, Brownsville, called "Cobbleheads". Great food! A mixture of culture with foods! If your ever close go and try their "Cigars". Great taste experience!
