I am a retired Dentist and a High School Golf Coach who loves to cook. I love to try new recipes and tinker with them until I get my desired result. Most of my recipes are family recipes handed down thru generations. Most of the men in our family love to cook, so a lot of the recipes reflect that. I also love to share favorite recipes and hope to one day write a cookbook to pass on to my children and grandchildren.

Favorite Foods:

Italian Dishes, Stews, Breads, Grilling, and anything new and different. My favorite, I guess, are simple new bread recipes.
