My name is Belissa, I live in a beachside town in N.S.W, Australia. I am an Art student, and cook by trade in a Cafe by the bay. I love to grow my own vegetables and fruit, and to make new recipes mainly with fresh veges and seafood. My family is spanish, so my favorite cookbook is my mother's and Auntie's brains.

Favorite Foods:

My famous Minestrone is known to cure anything from a cold to a broken heart, and even to take a friends mind off his quadruple bypass operation for 20 minutes!

My favorite thing to eat is my Seared Tuna salad. The recipe for the dressing will go with me to my grave(maybe)!
