My favorite foods are seafoods ~ scallops, in particular. Though I'm probably most famous for my stews, I love making mussels over angel hair pasta with a killer home-made marinara. Love experimenting with portabello mushroom fillings, too. My favorite place to eat is a toss-up! Either Chili's in Murfreesboro or Boscoe's Bar & Grill in Nashville. Crockett's Roadhouse here in Manchester makes a mean Roadhouse Ribeye. I love it with a grilled shrimp salad with hot bacon dressing. To die for! ![]()
