about me

I am a happily married, stay at home mom to 3 boys (5,4 and an infant) and I love being home with my boys! I am a family girl, and spend much time with my parents, sisters and brother as I can. We spend summers on my Dad's "ranch" in southern Utah, and it is my favorite thing in the whole world!

Favorite Foods:

My favorite restaurant is McDonald's (I know, my husband can't believe it either) for my last meal I will ask for McDonald's chicken nuggets and french fries with sweet and sour sauce, then I'll die a happy lady! I LOVE Mexican food!

I love to bake and make desserts, but I'm afraid my talent is more for cooking than for baking. I am however, famous for my Creme Brulee and Dutch Apple Pie. I love to decorate cakes, they usually end up looking like an 8 year old did them, but I sure have a great time!
