I am a transplanted Canadian now living with my Swiss husband and hockey playing son in Switzerland. I love that there is a limitless supply of quality fresh ingredients available here year round. Everything from meat and fish to vegetables from every country in the world are at my fingertips. The Europeans know how to do it so well. Living that is.

Favorite Foods:

Im a savory rather than a sweet. Im getting more interested in baking, but my first love is creating something in the comfort food line for my family for supper. I love to entertain. My idea of a perfect night out is a night in with good friends, good wine and great food. My signature dish has to be my curry and rice. A hand down from my grandmother and mother.
