I love world foods, so I'm always trying them, adapting them, and combining them.
I like Korean food, Indian food, Sichuan food, Kazakh food, Russian food, Mediterranean food, and Mexican food best.
Still, nothing beats my momma's cookin'... my favourite is still Roast beef with potatoes.
