about me

I live just west of the City of Pittsburgh, so naturally I'm a mega Steelers Fan. I enjoy cooking for family & friends and trying a variety of new recipes. I believe cooking is an art and a great way to express oneself.

Favorite Foods:

I love a variety of different foods from Italian to German to Japanese. I'm always "experimenting" in the kitchen, coming up with new recipes. I learned a lot of my cooking techniques from my Mother, who was a gourmet chef by nature.
