I'm the mother of teenage triplet daughters. I'm a critical care nurse, and I work fulltime as an assistant manager of a hospital unit dedicated to the care of stroke patients. I love to cook and bake. I love to eat but I'm being really calorie-conscious these days so I try to practice portion control so I don't have to eliminate all the good stuff from my diet.

I also like to scrapbook and read, time permitting!

Too many to list. Breads are way up there on the list, though. Homemade bread with butter...oh my. There's really not much I don't like!
