about me

I have six children who are a very big part of my life. We have Sunday Dinner with the grandparents and extended family where I like to bring new and yummy items for them to try.

Favorite Foods:

I am famous (among the family)for my no-bake cheesecakes and sweet/sticky dinner rolls, but once in a while I do a main dish too. Scaloped potatoes and lasaga are among my usual dishes.

I recently took a class on Asian cooking and really love the flavor of the food and the way it makes me feel more healthy.
