Born and raised in Erie, PA. Graduated Villa Maria High School, in 1988. Graduated from University of Pittsburgh (Go Panthers!)1992. Moved to Texas in 1994 for greater career opporunities... working as a Private investigator. Love hanging out with my 7 year old twins (Claudia and Aidan-hence the user name). Love scrapbooking, cooking and traveling. Just wish there were more hours in the day to do these favorite things more often

Favorite dish to cook: Handmade gnocci and sauce (also a favorite to eat). Also love TexMex since moving to the "Big D". Favorite restaurant "Hectors Italian Restaurant" in Erie, PA! and "Salvatores Italian Ristorante" in Buffalo, NY!
