I've been cooking as long as I can remember.
I stumbled onto this site while researching OAMC recipes and tips. Needless to say I was quite impressed by the amount of info as well as the community here.
My formal education is in Food Science (manufacturing and engineering of foods). I spent a few years working in food labs, which was both fun and very enlighting.
If I had the disposable income, I would be a rabid cookbook collector. But until I hit the lottery I love browsing the stacks at the library.
I'm in a mixed faith marriage and need to juggle not just strict dietary laws but also some food allergies issues...it makes cooking a bit tough but with a site like this I can look easily!
