Favorite Foods:

Famous for carrot cake, cheesecake, zucchini bread & other desserts. I don't do those anymore. Favorite dish to prepare: mussels various ways. Favorite heritage recipes are my late Mom's Polish duck soup (czarnina--not sure of spelling)and my mother-in-law's ham and cheese strata.
