about me

I grew up in Ohio on Sunday dinners and grandma's home cooking. Now I live in the DC area, but I'm planning a move back to Ohio soon. I'm thinking about changing careers from Sppanish teacher to horticultural therapist. Some of the things that I like to do for fun are cooking, reading, and walking. My favorite cookbook is Extending the Table, which is a World Community Cookbook. I am trying to learn more about cooking within the seasonal limits.

Favorite Foods:

Health food, Cracker Barrell, and Latin American cuisine.
