I live in Sydney, Australia. My favourite cookbook is the one my Mum & sister made for me for my 21st birthday, it's full of my families best recipes.
After ten years of working in banking I decided I didnt want to die of boredom and so will be studying full time this year to make a career change! So if anyone has any good lentil recipes make sure you post them asap - I hear thats what poor students eat!!!

Favorite Foods:

Anything with chocolate in it, especially brownies! Im especially interested in cooking authentic foods from other cultures although nothing will beat the good old Sunday Roast as my all time favourite food - its just so easy & delicious while still being good for you even though its a comfort food - a hard combination to find!
