I love to cook and bake. Unfortunately, I have a picky husband who is pretty much a meat and potatoes kind of guy. However, my family, friends and relatives always asked me to make their favorite dishes of mine or bring something new that catches my eye.

I have an extensive collection of cookbooks and love those which have pictures. I especially love those that are assembled by groups or organizations, since normally they represent the best of the best from that particular person. Why would anyone list something that wasn't their favorite?

Favorite Foods:

I have been making an ice cream cake for my two girls ever since they were young. They're adults now, but still ask for it. Even their friends from out of state ask, "if I come into town, will your mom make me an ice cream cake?" I think that's a great compliment. I make a pretty mean brownie, too. There are just too many to list.
