I've been married for nine years, with two small children. I have always been a creative cook until my son was born. He was born with a lot of food allergies and is a picky-eater on top of it. So now when I find food he will eat, I can save it here to help me remember what he likes.
I love international foods, especially Japanese. However, I prefer to eat out for these meals (a reason for my husband to take me out!) I like to cook hearty meals that are comforting and full of flavor. I'm really getting into fixing soups because they are economical and feel good on cool/cold evenings. Plus, soups and casseroles are the only way that I can get my son to eat vegetables!
