Vegetarian since October 2002. I've been cooking since I was a kid and took over kitchen duties full-time since married.
I travel a lot on business and besides coming home to the wife and daughter, I can't wait to get back in the kitchen.
I get more and more disatisfied with restaruarnt food every day. I can't remember the last time I had a great meal. I really look for the out-of-the-way places that are family owned or obscure ethnic places.
If someone suggests going to Chili's or TGI Fridays one more time, I'm gonna stab myself right in the eye.
Indian and Thai are among my favorites. I like the blend of Indian spices. I also like the fresh simplicity of Thai food.
I have a small herb garden by the front door that I use extensively in the summer and early fall.
Restaurants, ugh.
