about me

My husband and I are full time RVers (in a 5th wheel RV, our home on wheels) and have been for 10 years. That means we are both retired and do nothin' but travel wherever and whenever we want to. All our kids are grown and have their own families, all in Texas. We are originally from Texas (Pasadena) and sure do enjoy travelling. We are now back in Texas, a little town called (UPDATE) KERRVILLE and will be here for awhile. We have been all over the United States, in all seasons. We do still have the Northeast to explore yet. My passion is cookin'. And travelin'. My husband and I cook together well, too. My pet peeve is inconsiderate people. I also enjoy crafts and making jewelry or working on my scrollsaw.

Favorite Foods:

My #1 favorite food is my husbands smoked ribs, they are like no other and anyone who has had them, just raves about 'em and begs him to make 'em all the time. Blueberry Crepes (one of my favorite dishes)....Kelly's Restaurant in Houston, Texas.....Pork chops with mashed potatoes and gravy and whatever vegetable.......Cobb salad.....carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.......Just about any receipe I have found in Receipzaar, thank you sooo much ladies and gents!!!! The hamburger stroganoff, the red velvet cake, that meat loaf, you know who you are, I zarrmailed you.....ohhhhh we are NOT picky eaters... we like lots of different dishes and cuisines!!! TexMex (of course), Thai, Chinese, Country, Indian (native and East), Greek, you know the rest!!!!!
