about me

I have been living in Northern Michigan for about 15 years now. I am married and have two wonderful daughters. I do most of the cooking at our house, but my wife does nearly all the baking. My mother began teaching me to cook when I was in my early teens and I have loved to cook ever since.

Favorite Foods:

Tex-Mex, sushi, homemade soups, and just about anything cooked on the grill (especially grilled pizza!). I like to experiment with a lot different types of food and like to try new flavors.
