I am a single mother returning to school to finish my bachelors degree in Hospitality. Hotel/Restaurant Management. I have been cooking since the age of 10.
I collect Fred Harvey/ Cate Brothers music/ Travel brochures/ railroad stuff.
I have lived in India doing business for 9 months and plan to return in the future. I study food and it's trends on a global level. From the field to the table!
