I LOVE:

My Lovey Dovey Hubby, my cat Hana, and my dysfunctional family. Cooking, of course, working out, spending time with my husband and family, taking walks, lounging around the house watching Heros and Six Feet Under DVDs, baking fattening treats, my job working with little 5 year old munchkins at the preschool, and trying to scare the crap out of my cat.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods to cook is anything uncomplicated. We've really gotten to love sandwiches too...It can be so simple yet so delicious; there are unlimited ways to prepare them and have them be different everytime. We just got a bread machine so we're having fun with that! Baking bread is extremely satisfying for some reason!! Most of my recipes I cook usually have 5(or so) ingredients or less. I like it to taste FANTASTIC, but be simple to make also since I'm cooking after work and don't have too much time.

My favorite restaurant is this Korean place in Edmonds, WA called Hosoonyi...OH MY the best kimchi, bbq pork, tofu soup, and fried flounder!!

I just love recipezaar!! It has the widest range of recipes, and I get dinner ideas for almost every night from this site. I find it really helpful, and the community it has is just wonderful!! All people like me; who love to cook, and express love through cooking.

Pet Peeves: People who rate recipes that they haven't even made yet! OR people who rate recipes poorly whey THEY'RE the ones who screwed up the recipe!! UGH that bugs me!
