I live in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. I'm a wife, mother, and a professinal Administrative Assistant. I don't have a favorite cookbook, but I do like to browse through my collection and those on the internet for ideas. My passions are cooking, reading romance novels, and singing.
My favorite foods are shrimp (seafood, in general), venison, breads, pastas, and soups. There really isn't much food I don't like (except mushrooms - yuck!). I am a huge garlic and onion lover, and I have a passion for mustard. I am famous for my Chicken Cordon Bleu, my Shepard's Pie, and my Sourdough Bread. My favorite restaurant is a little Italian place located in Kohler, Wisconsin, called Cucina. I love food and cooking. It is my hobby, my pastime, my art, and my love. I'm the kind of person who wakes up with tonight's dinner menu already in my head and starts preparing it while the coffee is brewing!
