about me

I'm an 8th grade English teacher in Las Vegas. I'm happily married, and have developed a LOVE for cooking now that I have someone to cook for! Besides my new-found love of cooking, I also love to read and quilt. Our favorite thing to do on weekends or days off is head to the mountains for some camping and fishing.

Favorite Foods:

I love everything Italian! Something about the ingredients in medeterranian food just hit my taste buds right. Living in Vegas, I'm always looking for quick recipes for the summer that won't heat up my whole house. In the winter, on the other hand, I love slow cooked comfort foods..beef stew...chicken pot pie...spaghetti sauce...mmm...
