about me

I live here in Arlington, Texas, which is in the southern part of the DFW metroplex. I am a student here at TCC, studying to be a Pharmacutical Representative, or something in that general area. I am a vegetarian so I have to really look hard to find recipes sometimes, but getting to tinker with recipes and remove meats, broths, and other animal derived ingredients gives my cooking a more personalized touch(theres garlic in everything for example). I used to want to be a chef but I decided it would be a much easier path to success and ease of living to take a job in the medical field so that I move almost anywhere and find a job.
