I'm a nurse in a big pediatric ER and on my days off I love to cook big yummy dinners. I also love riding my horse and being outside

Favorite Foods:

Spaghetti of course, my husband's vegetarian so I have had to branch out a lot from just spaghetti all the time I just love fresh yummy vegetables and love to cook with good yummy veggies so I try a lot of different variations on recipes I find here quite often.
