Howdy! I am student at Texas A&M University and will be graduating in December 2007 with a B.S. in Psychology. I will then continue pursuing a career as a Child Life Specialist. When I am not at school or work I enjoy spending time with friends and family, working out, working with kids, cooking, shopping and just having fun.

Favorite Foods:

My mom, AggieMom, is a WONDERFUL cook and she is thrilled that I finally got interested in cooking. I am so blessed to be able to learn from her! I love just about anything sweet! I automatically go for chocolate but I also enjoy fruit and coconut desserts too. When searching for recipes I try to find healthy yet tasty recipes to try. I have gotten hooked on Recipe Zaar and I am constantly cooking something these days. I enjoy making special meals for my family members that include their favorite ingredients. (Coconut and lemon for my mom, Chocolate and bread for my brother, Skor bar cookies for my dad...)

I LOVE Mexican food and seafood. My family frequently visits Lopez Mexican restaurant and Pappadeaux Seafood. Mmmmm, crawfish!! We also love to eat at Cracker Barrel. They have the best breakfast!!
