I live in a small town in northern Arizona. I am an nurse and supervisor at the local hospital. I love NASCAR, reading, cooking, and animals.
My favorite cookbook is The Sopranos Family Cookbook. I am of italian decent and found many family recipes in it.

Favorite Foods:

Pasta dishes are my favorite's to eat and cook. I love italian cooking, except for the fish and seafood since I dislike both of them. I like to make cassaroles as they are easy to fix ahead and reheat well.
