I live in a little town in Minnesota called Lindstrom. I am a Corrections officer in a county jail.
I love to bake and try new recipes, this is a great site for finding new ones. I don't have a favorite cookbook but I tend to love church cookbooks with tried and true recipes, they are usually the best ones.

Favorite Foods:

Hummm, thats a tough one. I love comfort foods and good deserts. I make a french silk pie that is to die for! I do love pizza,I could eat that almost everyday of the week.
