I live in a small southern town and love to cook good southern meals. I work full time as a Book Keeper and I don't have as much time to cook as I use to. I love to collect cookbooks and my favorite is the first Bell South Cookbook. I love to cross stitch and scrapbook and make my own greeting cards. I don't have time for mothers who do not cook for their family......I am a new grandmother as of January 22, 2006 to a beautiful girl, Ella-Kate. She is the apple of my eye.....

Favorite Foods:

My favorite food dish is Fried Chicken and Gravy.
Most of my friends always want me to bring the Potato Salad to all our gatherings.
My favorite restaurant is Chili's. I love their Chicken Crispers and Awesome Blossom.
I love food in general and love to cook for my family.....
