about me

My little town of Harrisburg is not so little any more. It is growing by leaps and bounds. I work as an accounting clerk with a coffee company. I love to try new recipes, read, garden, cross-stitch. I am very active as a 4-H leader and a member of North Carolina Extension and Community Association (the adult version of 4-H). I dislike telemarketers and drivers who are in such a hurry they make their own driving rules.

Favorite Foods:

Carrot Cake used to be my favorite dish to make but since I became a diabetic I don't make it unless I take it somewhere and know it will all be eaten. Potato Salad is my next favorite. It never is the same twice but is always delicious.
There are two restaurants that are favorites: Olive Garden and Red Lobster.
