I live in NYC, I love to cook...I love to collect cookbooks, especially Hershey's cookbooks...I love all animals, especially dogs!
My favorite dish to cook is penne alla vodka, and my favorite desserts to make are tiramisu and profiteroles, and my favorite restaurants are anything Japanese, Pennsylvania Dutch, Indian, Thai or Greek.
I LOVE chocolate, coconut, sauerkraut with pork, frozen yogurt, ice cream, hot cocoa, shoo fly pie, cheese (especially fresh italian ones like ricotta, mozzarella, and parmiggano reggiano), marshmallows, cookies, espresso and espresso drinks, pasta, malai koftas, and all currys.
Starbucks is a major weakness...love the caramel macchiatos and cinnamon dolce lattes.
Le Pain Quotidien is an AMAZING place to eat....adore the granola parfait and ricotta sandwich.
I am fascinated with breadmaking as well...I love to make rustic, crusty French and Italian loaves.
Not enough cooking has gone on since I've been in my dormitory at college this year, but the lack of time/ingredients/equipment has only served to get me more excited for when I do have those resources...so I predict I will be cooking up a storm when winter holidays roll around!
I must admit I have a major weakness for Kraft Macaroni and Cheese.
Love the fall and winter...especially the comfort foods that go along with the seasons.
Very excited to have finaly taken the plunge and purchased the Premium Membership...I know it will serve me well during the upcoming holiday season!
