about me

I am originally from Barcelona, Spain, and currently live in Lakeville, Minnesota. I have been in the US since 1987, and I love the USA! I love cooking, and have been doing it since my wife got pregnant and had to stay laid down for most of her pregnancy several years ago. I love trying new recipes, both American and Spanish, especially blending both cultures.

Favorite Foods:

I love to try any new food I can find, the more unusual, the better! I love to cook, and try new recipes. I cook mostly fish, vegetables, and desserts. My wife thinks my chocolate lava cake and my chocolate chunk cookies are the best in the world, and that my tilapia, salmon and tuna recipes are the best too. However, I have to admit I love breakfast food: sausages, cheese, omelettes, etc, which I eat when I go to breakfast restaurants.
