I'm a busy mom who loves easy recipes. I'm still learning to make different things. For the longest time my husband called me "Queen of the Box Dinners." My husband is a great cook. He makes the best Chicken Parmesan and Spaghetti on the planet. His oven fried chicken is legendary in our home. I'm also a new age kinda person. I have a 6 year-old son and my husband and I have been married for 8 years. I'm hoping to get into sewing and maybe some decorating. I also love to read. It's a great way to relax. Of course, I love family and friends and love spending time with them.

Favorite Foods:

It's hard to say if I have a favorite food. I love pizza and ice cream. It all usually depends on the mood I'm in or the time of year. One of my favorite things is my mom's pumpkin pie. It's to die for. One year she was out of town for Thanksgiving and we didn't have any. It was horrible. So when she was out of town for Thanksgiving again, I demanded the recipe. I need a little work on my crust making, but the pies turned out fine. A slice of pumpkin pie, a dallop of cool whip, and a glass of milk is the best thing in the world. It's a good breakfast too.
