I'm a busy mom who loves easy recipes. I'm still learning to make different things. For the longest time my husband called me "Queen of the Box Dinners." My husband is a great cook. He makes the best Chicken Parmesan and Spaghetti on the planet. His oven fried chicken is legendary in our home. I'm also a new age kinda person. I have a 8 year-old son and my husband and I have been married for 9 years. I also love to read. It's a great way to relax. Of course, I love family and friends and love spending time with them.

Favorite Foods:

It's hard to say if I have a favorite food. I love pizza and ice cream. It all usually depends on the mood I'm in or the time of year. One of my favorite things is my Gramie's pumpkin pie. It's wonderful.
