about me

I work as a designer for a fire apparatus builder.
I spend a fair amount of time being artistic with my computer doing photoshop art and 3d modeling, I also spend a little time with online games and such.

Really do not have a favorite cookbook since I like a few recipes in all of them. Booby Flays is probably closest though.

Favorite Foods:

I tend to like asian and tex-mex foods so I guess you could say I am into fusion also. I also enjoy traditional southern recipes also, they are definately under rated.
Have been exploring some Florida style recipes lately.
