about me

when i cook i like to to turn out like the picture. i don't get much of a chance to trial and error anymore because i have 3 young children. my youngest turns 2 aug 22 and i have a 3 1/2 and 4 1/2 year old. any cookbook i can get my hands on will have sometghing i just HAVE to try. my husband works on a cattle ranch so we get a lot of beef so i'm always looking for a new beef recipe, especially ground beef.

Favorite Foods:

i don't really have a personal favorite. whatever is requested i take pride in making because they remembered and liked it enough to ask for more. my mom always requests my lasagna. shes a great cook but for more years than i can remember she has been running a business and doesn't have much time to cook anymore but when she does, watch out! i like going to new restaurants and trying what they recommend, but my favorite will always be the Thai restaurant near my college, i still dream about their food!!!
