Currently a Graduate student, used to be a bartender and will always be a writer. Pursuing my Master's in Counseling (got lots of experience doing that as a bartender!). I love to travel, and eating is one of my favorite pastimes - so going to the gym is one of my not- so-favorite, but very necessary, hobies). My husband is a Marine and we moved to Okinawa Japan a year and a half ago(May 2006), and will be here until May 2009. I love cooking but wish I had a prep chef to do all the dirty work (my husband does the dishes when I cook so I really can't complain)!!!
Lasagna (no sausage in it though please!), and just for the record can not imagine why anyone in their right mind would put cinnamin in pasta sauce, any kind of pasta, green beans & asparagus (if I have to eat a green vegetable), potatos, and pretty much most carbs!!! I love indian food and thai food but am not into super hot and spicy foods (I always order the medium or mild option).
My best dish is either Chicken Marsala or Chicken with sundried tomatoes and goat cheese.
