about me

Only possible by my husband's wonderful support, I am a stay at home mom in Houston, TX. When I'm not devoting time with my children I LIVE in my kitchen-experimenting with new recipes and perfecting each one until it's perfect. I am currently working on a cookbook that will include 5 generations of favorite recipes. I hope to have it published in the future when my kids are all in school (my 4th and last will be born in November of 2005). I occasionally cater weddings and showers, etc. My husband and I will partner up with my Sister and her husband in a few years to own and run a bed and breakfast and also hopeful to add a bakery &/or catering business with my sister.

Favorite Foods:

I love to try new foods. I love to bake more than to cook, although I'm recently becoming more fond of cooking with wines. I especially love to bake anything which has chocolate in it. Cakes, cheesecakes, etc.
