I live in Grand Rapids, MI. In between being a new wife and working, I just started going back to school. I am going to culinary school which is very exciting. I absolutely love it, so as you can tell cooking and food are kind my thing. At this point I am the most interested in becoming a baker, or starting my own little bakery. I also do not eat red meat or dairy, for medical reasons, so I am always interested in finding recipes or substitutions for recipes so I can eat them and still keep my "meat and potatoes" husband fed and a happy camper.
I have a terrible sweet tooth for any kind of baked good, muffins, cakes, cookies, pies (oh especially pies, pies are so GOOD) etc. In the course of a semester Bakery course at school, I am pretty sure me and my husband both gained 10 pounds!!!
