about me

I actually live in a small town about 30 miles north of Kansas City. I work as a nurse with Alzheimers, Dementia and Psychiatric patients. I love to cook and frequently try out new recipes, fortunally my husband is willing to try whatever I make. I spend a lot of my very limited "free time" with family, especially in the summer. My family owns an auto racing team and every weekend I work on the pit crew and my brother races the car.

Favorite Foods:

My family likes meat and potato meals. I have a eighteen year old son who is active in sports so if it is food he likes it! The one dish that my family always asks for is Chicken Fried Round Steak, probably not the most healthy of foods, but once in awhile why not.
Favorite Restaurant - Any one that I can get my husband to take me to!!
