Hi, my name's Chris. I came across this site when searching the net for new recipes to try.
I was born in a seaside town on the west coast of the UK (hence my member name) but have lived most of my life in Perth, Western Australia as moved to Australia when I was 13 with my family. I'm a naturalised Australian citizen now. I live in a suburb of Perth. I'm married to a Perth born man & we have a 7 yr old daughter.
I recently met friends from Zaar for lunch -Deez in Oz and her husband, Jan Round Oz and her husband & Terese at Subiaco, a suburb of Perth.

Favorite Foods:

English, Irish, any Asian , Mexican, Greek, Italian & Indian. I love any spicy foods, I love any BBQ dishes & any chicken dishes & seafood recipes, I have to cook some dairy-free foods cos I have lactose-intolerant relatives (I convert some recipes when cooking for relatives - which call for dairy by using a soy equivalent - but rate them as if I had been using dairy cos that's how the recipe was written and I feel that its only fair to the author of the recipe).
