I'm an empty-nester now, which means I am a sporadic cook, sometimes my husband and I have popcorn for dinner. But, when I cook I like it to be the best (fill in the blank) that I've ever tasted. Currently in a cooking mood. I love love love the Barefoot Contessa Cookbooks along with the Taste of Home magazines.

Favorite Foods:

Gosh, my current favorite is my Hot Wings and Chicken Enchilada Casserole. I really do like just about everything except I'm not a big fish fan. Yet. I'm working on the "perfect" fried chicken recipe. You know, the best one I've ever tasted? I'll let you know when I find it.
