about me

I live in Estonia, on the Eastern side of Europe. Picture isn't taken there. I am a follower of Jesus Christ and want to live pure and holy life for Him.
I also am waiting for my husband, longing to be someone´s love in life and to be a good help to him.

I do enjoy cooking, and even more for a special person. On my quest for culinary knowledge and skills I try to learn about different nations cuisines and learn different cooking techniques. Depending on where Lord leads me I hopefully can use these skills and learn some more!

Favorite Foods:

Right now I am concentrated on British Isles food: English, Irish, Scottish. Also interested about Russian food. Estonia, where I was born, lies on the left side of Russia and have been for some part of time under Soviet Union, so therefore has lots of same dishes. Our cuisine is soft, somewhat bland and down to earth and also good for the tummy. Not for spice lovers.

As there were requests (thanks!), I´ll try to post some Estonian recipes sometime. I´m afraid some of our dishes are bit spooky for non-estonians, but we´ll see!
