about me
Moved to Hawaii almost a year ago from Vancouver, BC and recently got married. Along with my wonderful husband, Dave, we have 3 dogs, Mona, Molly and Scottie (my little furbaby). Lately we've been watching our diet, specifically the carbs - but unfortunately haven't seen any significant weight loss...but will continue the quest!
Since moving here I've been using my creative skills with clay/pottery - we have a wheel and electric kiln...so I have tons of little "wobbly" bowls that I've been making! It's a fun process.
Favorite Foods:
Love Thai food, however haven't really cooked anything Thai myself, yet. Casseroles are my fav...just tried the low carb cabbage casserole tonite and it was wonderful. Made some changes (using ground chicken) and added a few other items. Both Dave and I loved it!
